Blame it on being in the 'Jeho's ' barber's chair

...and having to do something more than, literally, sitting there and taking it!

The barber started the proselytizing, and in the spirit of LucifersHeretic I retorted with my version.

Long before men could put their imaginations into written symbols and dissemination, there existed a race of people from the other side of the universe whose world was decimated by the ravages of their hubris. The survivors were seeking a new world for themselves and their posterity. They came across this out of the way galaxy, the Milky Way, and located this minor solar system of our Sun and our planet, Earth.

The atmosphere was alien and adverse to their anatomy and physiology. Because it was so beautifully, pristinely virgin, the survivors sought a way to find a suitable host for their genes. After testing the feasibility of bioengineering amongst different species, our alien progenitors chose the great apes as the selected species to be the carriers of their genes. After engineering this transfer over several generational versions, the aliens developed the versions of pro-Cromagnon humans. In a crucial decision, our progenitors decided NOT to pass on their knowledge to this newly engineered species to have knowledge of. They did not want the same mistakes of intellectual hubris and arrogance, which doomed their civilization. They wanted this new species, carrying their genes, to genetically and organically adapt to their new environment and be a part of it as their great ape co-progenitors were. So, this species was ignorant of its origins, except for the wonders that were left as mocking "Kilroy's been here" remembrances of the progenitor's presence on Earth.

In the face of this circumstance of ignorance, the new species as it developed its cognitive capacity came up with narratives to account for their unique juxtaposition within the natural world. Never knowing that they were the UNNATURAL species in this equation, this species came up with the various 'genesis' stories that have populated the sacred and religious texts, which became the rationale for the structure and order of civilization. Along with this developed the ethnic biases and prejudices derived from these narratives that brought about the pre-history and the written history of today.
